Tastiest simplest dressing
So simple it is hard to describe - but The Avo Keeper virgin-pressed avocado oil pairs well with pomegranate molasses, and it is that simple: 3 Tbsp with ¼ cup of oil, then add 1 tsp of dijon mustard. Then stir with the handy whisk. It emulsifies beautifully and sticks to green leaves, micro herbs, and just gorgeously ripe tomatoes,
Banana cake for breakfast
This loaf was so tasty, it was moist and light, and I ate it for breakfast. It tasted so delicious with coffee. I was curious, is this a good start to the day? I had substituted butter, which is high in saturated fats and currently expensive, with avocado oil, and I had also reduced the sugar by using a banana. The cocoa almost took the highest flavour note, supported by walnuts that gave it a lovely harmony.

This is the handiest tool for keeping that other half of the avocado fresh. It has a hard base and silicon cover which locks into place, leaving minimal air exposure.
This is a nifty tool, tested in The Avo Keeper kitchen and yes, it does make life less messy when you are trying to get through a few avocados. It can quickly shred + remove it from the skin. The fancy gadget can also remove the stone, and the knife is there for support. Vola! quick and easy.
