At The Avo keeper we take great care to ensure our products arrive in perfect condition. As a food brand, safety, quality, and freshness are our highest priorities.
Because of the nature of food products, our returns policy is necessarily limited and aligned with food safety regulations.
Change of Mind

Due to food safety and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind once an order has been dispatched.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right - hello@theavokeeper.co.nz
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

Clear photos of the product and packaging
Where a product is confirmed to be damaged or faulty, we will offer:
A replacement, or
A refund (including any applicable shipping costs)
Missing or Incorrect Items

If the product does not meet our standards, please let us know. We would likely request that this be sent back so that we can understand any issues.
